Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 8-10 business days after the order is placed.
  • Processing time may vary depending on:
    • Order volume
    • Product availability
    • Handcrafted or made-to-order items
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order is processed, it is dispatched via our trusted courier partners. Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3–6 days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 days
  • Remote/Interior Locations: 7–12 days
These timelines may vary based on courier logistics, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on special promotions, coupons, or minimum order thresholds.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track the real-time status of your shipment until delivery.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient not available
  • Courier unable to contact the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
If an order is returned to us due to such reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is significantly delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide you with updates.
  • In cases of lost shipments, we will issue a replacement or refund after courier verification.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping with following conditions:

Damaged Packages

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  1. Please take photos and video immediately.
  2. Do not accept the package, OR accept it under observation.
  3. Contact us within 24–48 hours with the visuals and order details.
