Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer any return and refund in any condition. We offer only exchanges for size and damaged product issues.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you any exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if you received any defective or damaged item. If you have received a damaged order, you can request for an exchange within the 15 days after delivery with a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer any exchange for online Scrunchie orders. We ship all items after a proper quality inspect. Please chose the correct color and size before placing an order.
We do not offer any exchange for the following conditions:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Exchange Approvals & Delivery
Once your exchange return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed immediately, and an exchanged product will be shipped and delivered to your registered address, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns

We will be responsible for the return shipping costs only if the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
